  1. Application of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to your use of the inaiyam nz website. By accessing and using the website:

  1. You agree to these Terms; and

  2. Where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorized to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms on that person’s behalf, and that by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

1.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access and use the inaiyam nz website, and you must immediately stop doing so.

3.3 You must:

  1. Not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, time bomb, keystroke logger, spyware, or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the inaiyam nz website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the inaiyam nz website or any Underlying System; and

  2. Unless with our agreement, access the inaiyam nz website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction, or monitoring method. 3.4 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms, including any failure of a person who accesses and uses our website using your User ID.

6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law and only to the extent clauses 7.1 and 7.2 of these Terms do not apply, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, or in connection with the inaiyam nz website, or your access and use of (or inability to access or use) the inaiyam nz website, must not exceed NZD100.

8.2 Upon suspension or termination, you must immediately cease using the inaiyam nz website and refrain from attempting to gain further access.

9.1 All listing submissions are manually approved. We reserve the right to delete listings that appear spammy or have less than a three-sentence description.

9.2 We check all submitted text on search engines, so please avoid copying and pasting text from your website or other directory listings.

9.3 Only New Zealand businesses are eligible for listing; international sites will not be accepted.

9.4 New submissions will be reviewed within 7-10 days. Diamond Listings will go live within 48 hours.

9.5 Consider opting for a Diamond Listing to highlight your entry at the top of the page with your logo.

9.6 If you choose a Diamond Listing, we will process your submission and use your website’s logo if available. Your listing will not go live until payment is received, processed, and you confirm your satisfaction. You can change your logo or provide a different image by emailing: admin@inaiyamnz.co.nz.

  1. General


10.1 We may contact you through email or by posting notices on the inaiyam nz website. You agree that this meets all legal requirements for written communication.

10.2 These Terms and any disputes relating to them or the inaiyam nz website are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts regarding any disputes related to these Terms or the inaiyam nz website.

10.3 Waiving a right under these Terms requires a written waiver.

10.4 Clauses meant to survive termination, including clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10.1, remain in effect.

10.5 If any part or provision of these Terms becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is modified to remedy the issue. If modification isn’t possible, the part or provision is severed, and the remainder of the Terms remain binding.

10.6 These Terms represent the complete agreement between the parties concerning the inaiyam nz website and replace any prior discussions, exchanges, or agreements. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty, or agreement not expressly stated in these Terms.

11.0 Additional Rules

11.1 All listing submissions are subject to manual approval. Listings that appear to be spammy or have less than a three-sentence description will be deleted.

11.2 Content submitted for listings will be checked on search engines. Please avoid copying and pasting text directly from your website or other directory listings.

11.3 Only businesses based in New Zealand are eligible for listing on our platform. International sites will not be accepted.

11.4 New submissions will typically be reviewed within 7-10 days. Diamond Listings will be published within 48 hours.

11.5 Consider upgrading to a Diamond Listing to feature your entry at the top of the page along with your logo.

11.6 If you opt for a Diamond Listing, we will process your submission and utilize your website’s logo if available. Your listing will go live after payment is received, processed, and you confirm your satisfaction. If you wish to change your logo or provide a different image, please contact us at admin@inaiyamnz.co.nz.
